Tehnical Support

• Main responsibilities
  • Support all projects initiates by IT-BSS department
  • Monitor all projects implemented in term of technical supports aspects (which include vendor selection, system structure preparation, etc), in order to ensure the projects implementation are in line with the required standard and delivered within the agreed objective and time frame
  • Maintain good communication across all related departments in relation to the implementation of new projects, in order to ensure the user acceptance through applicable change management processes
  • Develop, maintain and improve work coordination with vendors, to ensure the successful implementation of the projects
  • Act as a mediation between Billing applications and Hardware operations, to create mutual understanding between the parties
  • Act as an initiator in contacting relevant parties such as NOC, vendors, etc , in order to provide technical solutions for any aspects of billing application problems
  • Develop reports regarding the availability, performance, and capacity status of all billing applications, to ensure the IT-BSS GM is always updated
    Ensures the back-up system (redundant system) for all critical billing applications are always operationally ready
  • Develop preventive actions procedures for all billing applications users, to minimize unplanned down
    
    
• Educational Qualification
  • Majoring in Telecommunication or Computer
    
    
• Experience Required
  • Minimum 1-2 years
  • Good Skill for technical analyzing and experienced in IT environment
    
    
• Knowledge/Skills
  • Experienced in IT project implementation
  • Windows Knowledge or Unix Knowledge
  • Oracle DB
  • Computer Hardware/Software Knowledge (Veritas/SAN preferable)

• Main responsibilities
  • To ensure Reliability Analysis, Reliability Testing and Maintenance Coordinator for all Operation & Maintenance are done properly.
  • To ensure that all Operation & Maintenance work order management, work method, strategy & business process are running efficient (cost & resources) and effective (time effort and result) to increase network reliability in order to keep the network funcitoning properly to prevent potential revenue lost and to manage the consequences of failure in a cost-effective manner.

  • Support all of interface to Amdocs modules, namely : Call control to Rating Engine, SMSC/FDA to Rating Engine, GPRS to Rating Engine, MMSC to Rating Engine, Commerce Server to Rating Engine, Other modules, such as PRBT, OTA Provisioning, VOIP, etc.
  • Develop test cases to ensure the current and new functionality/ change covered.
  • Testing and implementation of new interface to above modules.
  • Problem solving of the modules mentioned above.

  • Fresh Graduate of 1-2 years in IT/ Telecommunications

• Main responsibilities
  • Responsible to define the customer network plan solution in the cost effective and efficient ways according to customer need/requirement and existing customer infrastructure available.
  • Responsible to integrate the several of existing services available inside Excelcomindo network as a part of corporate total solution proposed to customers.
  • Responsible to propose the increasing of existing capacity to guarantee the spares capacities always available according to Sales and Marketing Business Solution"s plan.
  • Responsible to do the Network analysis for optimizing the existing network.
  • To work together with Planning Engineering, Marketing Busol in capacity planning, POP MPLS/ISP/AP distribution planning based on Market needs, in according to accelerate project implementation and market penetration.
  • To assist and formulized Sales and Marketing Business Solutions"s requirement base on customer needs.
  • To analyze market demand and market trend for capacity and network design purposes.
    
• Educational Qualification

• Experience Required
  • Minimum 5 years in Project Execution & Management
    
• Knowledge/Skills
  • Having knowledge on data communication and transmission (Microwave, VSAT, fiber optics, router, IP application, BWA, GSM, VOIP, etc)
    Project management skill, PMP Certification would be an advantage
  • Understand major issues for network implementation across segments : Leased Line, MPLS, ISP, VOPI, GSM, MSC, BSC, etc
  • Understand/ familiar with SAP knowledge and applications
  • Excellent presentation skills and having strong sense of customer focus
  • Self driven and able to work under pressure and stress tolerance
  • Strong analytical and communication skills : able to manage unexpected or changing situation during project implementation.

Staff - Account Receivables

• Main responsibilities
  • Maintain & control Prepaid & Post paid Collection and Inventory activity by daily basis
  • Provide monthly receivable prepaid & post paid reconciliation/perform monthly closing
  • Provide monthly inventory prepaid reconciliation
  • Provide accurate and reliable information/data as a reconciliation data to produce financial (A/R and inventory) reporting in timely manner
  • Assists Sales team in order to enhance daily sales process & collection reconciliation
    
• Requirements:
  • University degree in Finance/Accounting
  • 2 - 3 years of experience, preferred as an auditor
  • Strong analytical thinking and detail-oriented
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage
