Manage turnaround of aircrafts and coordinate resources and process, understand the basic aircraft handling, loading and unloading procedure at ramp area.
Calculate and understand all aspects of weight & balance related subjects
Competent to deliver general ground handling management and control functions safely, securely and efficiently
Be able to perform arrival, departure and special handling functions
Competent in Check-in Procedures
